Lexi Leppard
Marketing Specialist

Lexi Leppard is the Marketing Specialist at Cúratus, where she oversees the company’s digital presence, including social media, website content, and customer engagement. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Lexi earned her degree in Advertising in 2019 and has since been recognized for her creativity, organizational strengths, and natural ability to connect with audiences. While at BYU, Lexi was selected as one of a few standout students to represent the university at the prestigious BYU AdLab Sundance Recruiting Fair — an exclusive event designed to highlight top talent to industry leaders. There, she showcased her diverse skill set as an account manager, strategic planner, and creative thinker.

Her work plays a vital role in elevating the Cúratus mission — making complex healthcare solutions accessible, clear, and compelling. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Lexi brings consistency and heart to the company’s communications.

Cody Moulton, Vice President Product Design & Development

Cody serves as VP of Product Design and Development at Curatus. He has been with the company since 2018 where he started primarily working as UX/UI designer. Over the years, Cody has worked closely with both leadership and development teams to further build out the many various products within the ProviderLenz platform.

Girish Ghimire, Vice President Data Governance & Analytics

I bring over two decades of expertise in data extraction, integration, and governance. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering from Jiangnan University in Wuxi, China, a master's degree in engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU), and an MBA from BYU. My career spans roles including Software Engineer, Control Engineer, Program Manager, Business Intelligence Engineer, and Director of Analytics & AI. I have worked across diverse industries—semiconductor manufacturing (Intel, IM Flash, a joint venture of Intel and Micron), finance (Progrexion/Credit.com), transportation (C.R. England), and healthcare (doxy.me).

Andre Fuller, Manager
Full Stack Engineering

Andre holds both a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a master’s in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University.

With more than eight years of experience in software development, he has been with Curatus since 2018, where he played a key role in designing and building the company’s web application from the ground up. His expertise is in full-stack development, and he is passionate about creating innovative, scalable solutions that deliver lasting value.

Outside of work, Andre enjoys skiing, playing music, and traveling.

Waseca Hodson, Manager Product Quality Assurance

As Product QA Manager, Waseca runs the Quality Assurance department developing and implementing quality standards to ensure data accuracy, product functionality, and streamlined development pipelines. Prior to this role Waseca served in various positions for Curatus such as Software Developer, Program Manager, and Senior Client Data Analyst. As a Senior Client Data Analyst, Waseca provided guidance on critical reporting measures and data handling for best possible client data outcomes. Prior to that Waseca led the Program Management department serving a pivotal role in developing structure and discipline around implementation and integration with our clients.

In 2021, Waseca graduated from Utah State University in Computer Science and prior to working for Curatus, Waseca served nearly 10 years in the field of Pharmacy in various retail, hospital, and academic settings building experience around billing and claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and Commerical health plans.

Adam Fabiano, Manager
Data Implementation

As Cúratus’s Data Implementation Manager, Adam oversees and actively participates in deploying new data products for clients. He brings more than eight years of experience in analytics, data engineering, and operations management across the banking and healthcare industries. Most recently, Adam led banking and capital markets advisory consulting teams at Deloitte and served as a DevOps engineer at Benelynk. Earlier in his career, he worked in first- and second-line risk management at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Outside of work, Adam fancies himself an amateur sommelier—ask, and he’ll gladly recommend the perfect root beer to pair with any dish.

Dakota Ewing
Full Stack Developer

My name is Dakota Ewing, I'm a full stack developer here at Curatus. Software development is a big passion of mine, and I try and combine it with my other interests as much as possible. I'm a very big mental health advocate, and hope to one day combine the two to help out people with limited access to the support and tools they need. When I'm not at my computer, I take pride in spending time with my growing family.

Andrew Huang
Operations Engineer

Andrew Huang is a software engineer originally from the Chicago suburbs. He recently moved to Provo to help work on the API at Cúratus. He studied game development and computer science at the University of Utah.

Dat Vu
Principal Engineer

As a principal software engineer and the backend development team lead, I've been a key contributor at Curatus since its early days. I specialize in designing and implementing the robust systems that power our core product services. While I enjoy nerding out about back-end architecture during the day, my free time is spent analyzing football tactics, exploring the latest in film, and admiring a well-engineered car.

JJ Stephens
Software Engineer

JJ graduated from Brigham Young University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and has been working for Cúratus ever since. He is a backend software engineer who spends most of his time tackling problems with our database and data ingestion processes. When he's not working, JJ enjoys mountain biking and experimenting with new technologies and hobbies, including 3D printing and working on his home server.

Eric Thomas
Operations Engineer

Eric has been a backend engineer at Cúratus since 2022, contributing to a variety of projects including developing a machine learning model for parsing full names, automating the company’s billing system, and co-authoring a white paper on ProviderLenz, Cúratus’s proprietary data scoring model. He continues to support the technical team while he studies AI as a graduate student at Brigham Young University. When he’s not coding, Eric spends his time playing soccer, running, skiing, and telling terrible dad jokes.

Jackson Baxter
Analytics Engineer

Jackson is a software engineer and data analyst who specializes in AI-powered solutions and data pipeline engineering. Fresh from Brigham Young University with a Computer Science degree focused on Data Science and Machine Learning, he's already making waves in the tech world through his work at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he led development of a RAG system that transformed research workflows from hours-long document searches to instant results. Now at Curatus, Jackson continues building data scoring pipelines that directly impact customer revenue while leveraging his expertise in Python, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Whether he's architecting serverless AWS pipelines or translating natural language into SQL for South American businesses, Jackson has a knack for creating practical AI solutions that people actually use – and he's probably the only person who can make managing 500+ Active Directory users sound like a valuable learning experience.

Anthony Fabiano
Data Program Manager

Grew up and raised in AZ, moved to UT for more hands-on learning and opportunities with the company. Curatus has given good lessons for what to expect in data management before seeking more education in this field. Hobbies outside of work typically include vocal training/choral performances.

Chance Robinson
Full Stack Developer

Chance Robinson is a Full Stack Web Developer at Curatus, where he builds scalable, high-performance web applications and delivers innovative solutions for clients. Previously, at University Impact, Chance engineered an automated bank-to-bank transfer system handling upwards of $300,000 in monthly transactions, and developed secure authentication systems in a SOC-2 certified environment.
With experience spanning React, Apollo GraphQL, Node.js, AWS, and machine learning, Chance is passionate about creating impactful technology solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and has also contributed to humanitarian initiatives through volunteer service.
When not coding, Chance can often be found rock climbing, playing pickleball, or experimenting with new web app ideas.

Mitchell Peterson Client Data Analyst

Mitchell Peterson is a dedicated Client Data Analyst with a passion for delivering exceptional support and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management and a minor in Computer Science from Utah Valley University, along with a Certificate in Programming, Mitchell combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach to drive success. Based in South Carolina, Mitchell enjoys golf, cars, and watching sports in his free time, bringing the same enthusiasm and precision to both
professional and personal pursuits.

Ricky Stephens
Operations Engineer

Ricky joined Curatus in the summer of 2025 as a DevOps Engineer. He is currently a student at Brigham Young University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with friends and attending sporting events.

Kace Heiner
Client Data Analyst

Kace Heiner is a Client Data Analyst at Curatus, where he helps bridge the gap between clients and the technical side of healthcare data. He works with clients to make sure they get the right information when they need it—whether that’s guiding them through onboarding, coordinating reports and file transfers, or helping navigate API and integration questions. His focus is on making the data side of things feel clear, accessible, and dependable for every client he works with.

With a background in automation and a strong foundation in information systems with an emphasis in business intelligence, Kace combines technical expertise with clear communication to deliver practical solutions. This blend of skills allows him to translate complex processes into straightforward outcomes, helping clients feel confident in the data they rely on.

Mark Fabiano, CEO

25 years of sales, marketing, government relations, and client services leadership in healthcare IT. Expertise in Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid and Commercial markets. Two successful healthcare exits in 2010 and 2015.

Jarrod Mandozzi, CRO

With over 25 years of experience in sales, client services, marketing, management, and strategy, Jarrod previously served as the Chief Sales Officer at Altegra Health after its acquisition by Change Healthcare.

Cory Fabiano, CTO

30 years software development and technology management experience. Inventor, patent holder, and architect of the Cúratus data ingestion, curation, and publish platform. Previously CTO at SSC, Inc. and Chief Architect at Altegra Health.
